Hello InnoGames team,
I'm off at the moment and can play a significant time on TW2 beta. So I could potentially provide you with some useful feedback.

Please email us. Been checking email every 5 mins, have you sent emails to anyone or only just post up the keys?

Keys are sent out randomly no matter when you pre-registered. I recommend that you follow TW2 facebook page and google+ page for the keys.

They have 20 hours to post something, what are the doing. Thousands of players are trying to log in i have pre-register from January.

You wait, watch social sites (Facebook, etc.) and wait for the various competition issues.
