It depends on many many factors for an example: Is the game stable, how many bugs. Those kind of questions.

The more bugs the more time it will take, but the better it is.

It can take months, and maybe up to a year depending on how many issues they come across

actually, if I understood correctly, Inno will keep sending out keys via email. How much or how often, I do not know.
