Cannot load the game

I can't load the game anymore. I've tried to use CCleaner to clear the cache but I'm stuck on the loading page.
The issue is due to some error while loading the game.

Different errors happen, not always the same but always from a timeout. I didn't have any issue a few hours ago.

"Solution":
The problem is temporary and isn't due to your browser but their server. TO make sure, just open the browser console and go to the console and watch the red lines, if it's a timeout don't kill yourself and try again 5 minutes later. This bug can take an hour to be resolved (automatic) so I wish you luck and patience.

I'm also getting timeout errors. Cache clearing does not help. I assume that there is some maintenance on the server. It would be nice to see some clear message on starting page if server is down.

Now I was able to load the game. But still it would be nice to know what happened? If server was just down for maintenance, then it would be nice to see some clear message on the login page, that game is not available and preferably announce the time when the server will be up again.

It was weird, I changed the used network from wifi to android wifi and I could connect, but after a few seconds (30s) I got another timeout. At the end I ragequit but I got to start two new building before.

Now the issue seems resolved.

im having a similiar problem right now where i can't seem to log in. the loading bar with get half way then just stop and the game wont load. worked perfectly 5 hours ago and now it doesnt.

Same problem here, both in firefox and in chrome.
I cleared history and now I only get to about 25%

Come on InnoGame. If you servers are down for any reason, be it maintenance or some technical problem, give your customer feedback. Is it really that difficult to create announcement and tell that service is down. Improve your communication skills and do it ASAP.

Servers are not down. Try clearing your cache and cookies and make sure your browser is up to date.

clearing cashe and cookies does not help, reloading does not help , only thing that works is closing down TW2 log-in window/tab and opening new one, if still can't log-in do it again and again, for me personally, sometimes it takes up to 7 tries.
Using 4 different machines WIN7- WIN8.1. explorers: IE, CHROME, Firefox- newest versions.

That didn't work for me either, but I cleared the cache, cookies and everything using CCleaner, logged out from Windows account, logged back in and now it's working perfectly

I was doing everything you've asked multiple times, but still there was not way to get to the game. JavaScript Console showed Timeout error. After trying to refresh the game for about half an hour I was able to connect to the server. The problem was clearing with connection to game server. Since I had no problem to connect to other pages, I conclude that there was problem with game server. This happened today for me at least twice. Apparently other users also had similar problem. This means that you need to fix you freaking servers.

Same problem here, but it's just happening in the closed beta. In the open beta login works fine.
Tried it on different browsers and different machines with the same result.

Same problem here, this is however not in 100% of the cases.
Sometimes, the loading bar will stop at about 50% of loading, and stay there, trying to reload the page will then have it stop at about 25%.
Then as well often timeout when in game.
And yes, no problem with other games and websites.

I was away 4 days, and this happened much less before August 29th.

Using Win 7 and Opera.

it's not a problem with cache or cookies.
other game work with my browser (firefox and google chrome) and they are update.
