Will not give me a Noble

I have completed the training of my first nobleman but it will not give it to me. The academy says I have one nobleman but the troop bar in the upper left hand corner of the screen does not show a nobleman. Also, when I go to make an attack, there is no nobleman there. I have refreshed the screen numerous times and even tried logging out and logging back in. I hope I haven't just been screwed and I really hope you can help me.

Can you open up a ticket so we can start working on this? A "cliffson" doesn't exist on the beta servers. If you send in a ticket, the right people can start investigating this issue.
