in some villages,despite they have noob protection and i can't attack them,it doesn't show the shield icon next to their name's village,what does it mean?

Just organizational question for moderators of forum:
can all whose bug topics without any check tags "(reported", "not a bug", etc) get somehow sorted out? or deleted if they are no concern any more.

Have seen the same thing,many villages do not have the shield icon in map view but when you click to get village information it says under protection still.My own is still in beginner protection and i dont have the icon in map view any more
