Visual bug: Reports scroll barr dissapearing(moving) to background

Reports scroll bar moves out of reports window, with timeline opened.
It is possible to move scroll down nearly to the timeline, if mouse cursor is used to scroll.

This is not the normal view, are you aware that you have zoomed in a lot with your browser?

Yes, I have zoomed it a lot. It barely depends on zoom, well then zooming out to fit 20+ reports in screen, with 100 results per page scroll bar is visible.
Maybe i have not fully clarified it. Scroll bar moves to background, only then timeline is expanded. With timeline expanded scroll bar disappears partially or completely, depending on results per page (25,50,75,100) and browser zoom.
Then timeline is closed scroll bar is fully visible all the time.
