Update

Version 1.37

Greetings, Tribal Warriors!

On Monday, December 4th all Beta realms have been updated with version 1.37. This version will introduce a few more balancing changes. The Rally Point finally gets some attention and we have reduced cost ond recruitment times for your spies. Spies will now also move twice as fast, unless they are send on a Sabotage mission, then they will take twice as long to reach their target village.

Furthermore, this update features two more items, a few usability improvements and bug fixes.

Balancing Changes

Rally Point

The Rally Point will now speed up your raid attacks against Barbarian villages. Each building level will increase the speed by 50% up to a 350% attack speed against Barbarians on max level. The costs and build times for the Rally Point upgrades have been increased due to the huge advantage it now provides:

  • Rally Point Level 1: unchanged
  • Rally Point Level 2: unchanged
  • Rally Point Level 3: 5.000 Wood (up from 250), 5.000 Clay (up from 500), 6.500 Iron (up from 750); build time: 8 hours (up from 1 hour)
  • Rally Point Level 4: 17.000 Wood (up from 1.000), 19.000 Clay (up from 1.500), 22.000 Iron (up from 2.000); build time: 16 hours (up from 2 hours)
  • Rally Point Level 5: 48.000 Wood (up from 5.000), 52.000 Clay (up from 6.000), 56.000 Iron (up from 12.000); build time: 24 hours (up from 4 hours)

Spies
All Spies will now be twice as fast when spying another village, however they will be only half as fast in reaching their destination when on a Sabotage mission as previously. The costs and recruitment times have been drastically reduced for all spies:

  • Spy 1: 500 Wood, 500 Clay, 500 Iron (up from 200); recruitment time: 2 minutes (down from 30 minutes)
  • Spy 2: 1.000 Wood (down from 2.500), 800 Clay (down from 2.500), 1.200 Iron (down from 1.000); recruitment time: 10 minutes (down from 2 hours )
  • Spy 3: 2.000 Wood (down from 5.000), 1.800 Clay (down from 5.000), 2.200 Iron (up from 2.000); recruitment time: 30 minutes (down from 6 hours)
  • Spy 4: 5.000 Wood (down from 10.000), 4.500 Clay (down from 10.000), 6.000 Iron (down from 9.000); recruitment time: 2 hours (down from 12 hours)
  • Spy 5: 12.000 Wood (down from 50.000), 10.000 Clay (down from 50.000), 18.000 Iron (down from 20.000); recruitment time: 3 hours (down from 24 hours)

New Features

There is a chance that the last milestone in your Resource Deposit will now provide a new item: Bountiful Harvest. This item permanently increases your Provisions in one village by 10%. This permanent effect is only active as long as you own this village. Once a village with this buff is conquered, the effect is lost and will have to be re-applied.

We have added a new item to the Shop: Vault. This item will temporarily increase the storage capacity of the Warehouse in all your villages!

Improvements

  • A new indicator attached to the Tribe icon will let you know if you have pending Tribe invitations. This is designed for new players to let them know that being in a Tribe is crucial in this game. A smart tip is also planned to make this more prominent.
  • The green arrow pointing to your Inventory when you have a new item in there, will now disappear after a few seconds.

Bug Fixes

  • Your saved preset hotkeys will no longer vanish.
  • Errands in your Resource Deposit are now properly reset every 8 hours.
  • Switching through your reports will now properly display the correct values again.
  • When attacking a Barbarian village with a Tactician, the travel time will now be correctly reduced.
  • Village coordinates are now displayed in the unit overview again.
  • You can now delete favored reports again.
  • When accessing a battle report from the Village Info it will now also affect the unread report indicator accordingly.
  • The animation to collect a reward in your Resource Deposit is no longer active when an errand is not finished.
  • The Inventory icon will no longer bounce indefinitely.
  • Some translations have been fixed.

Thank you very much for your support and bug reports. Give us your feedback in this discussion thread.

Sincerely,
The Tribal Wars 2 Team
