Reported Unable to activate countermeasures

I have several countermeasure technologies available however when I try to activate them it doesn't get recorded.

Countermeasure Activated:

Close dialog and reopen Dialog:

Countermeasure not Activated.

This is happening in my main village and my secone village.

I am running on Google Chrome Version Version 49.0.2623.112 m
With Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit version

Also on a side note The Forum page is associating my account with the wrong character picture.

This also happens in the battle reports and the global preset list (and maybe some other places as well).
When opening the window it shows the correct value, but the first click changes the value of these sliders. So on is off and off is on (after your first click).
Click two times on the same slider, so it looks wrong for you and after a reopen it should show the correct value (which will be the value that is used by the game).

As far as I know this is already reported to the developers.
