How you can make two allied tribes?

1. Go to bottom tool bar and click tribe.
2. Click diplomacy in the overlay (shaking hands tab).
3. If you have the correct rights it will allow you to set tribes as allies, NAP's or enemies.
4. What ever you have chosen will now be coloured on the map for all your tribe to see. Note it doesn't colour the other tribes map, they have to set the same diplo.

So there is no message for the other alliance agrees, only putting in this section and appears to the other tribe we are allies?

The other tribe will not see that you have made them ally on the map. This is where good diplomats shine. Their hard work in arranging diplo is what makes or breaks tribes. You have to take it on trust that the other tribe has set you the same diplo. It doesn't always happen.
