Things that freeze

Problems with the things that are frozen: resources or troops sent incoming troops, punctuation city, ect. Sometimes you have to logout actualizen things.
After the 1.0.9 update I improve but still keeps happening.
Use google chrome as a browser. Windows 7

I have noticed that this problem is greater when: google translator pages use. However my colleagues who have no translator have the same problem.

with the update to 1.0.10 does this issue still persist?
If so, could you give a more detailed explanation of the bugs you are encountering?

The same happens when entering the spoils of barbaric peoples.
By upgrading the amount of resources is updated.
