Support ticket notifications

Hello everybody.
I was thinking about the ticket system. On TW we receive the notification for new answers directly on game's PMs.
Currently instead, it's necessary to visit the support page through the settings tab to check for new answers.
So, is possible to implement the old system?

I was just about to write the same suggestion! Going back to check Support is not good idea. Sending notification to registered external email and TW2 email should be implemented.
