Today I noticed the wood booster used in my first village also shows up in my second village in this small village info at the bottom:
As you can see this village has no booster.
Additionally my booster ended while I was in my first village (the one with the booster) and the (same) icon didn't disappear in both villages until I reloaded the game, although the booster wasn't active anymore.
Last but not least: It would be nice to have a progress bar for these boosters too
