Premium Features?

The main thing I am interested in knowing about this game if it will have premium features or as some say will the worlds be pay 2 win?, Like Instant build etc.

Will it be like .net? Where the prem features only appear on every "even" numbered world. Will it be like .uk? Where prem features are every world. None at all would be awesome xD

I would expect every world, every other would be possible, no worlds isn't going to happen. the games profitability substantially increased after such features were added. Regardless though, pay for perks is more accurate than pay to win.
