I send two armies from the same village. The both include a noble. I send the armies within 2 sec.. The first army do have lower disipline because of mix of troops. Can I tell which army arrives first?

If you still want an answer- the discipline is calculated when you press Attack. Before you press Attack you can not know which army arrives first.
You can wait 3 sec. between the attacks if you want to be sure and send 50 fakes too, hoping that the target does not know when to dodge or split.

After you have sent the attacks you can go to *Units* on the bottom tool bar and see which one is in front of the other. If it isn't suitable, cancel and try again using the above mentioned methods.

Has anyone actually had trains arrive out of the order they were sent? I've sent a few, same second or under two seconds and haven't seen this.

You cannot send trains the way you did in TW1. No T train here.
