When i want to play the game on mobile browser on my samsung Galaxy S4, i come in the game, but i cant do there anything...

And where can i download the app of the game for Android?

Since it's in closed beta there is no IOS/Android application out, but that will come out later..

I don't think you can play it on your tablet since you don't have the application. Best thing to do is play on a computer for a 100% guarantee for it to work.

I don't think they support the browsers of phones/tablets.

Both the iOS and Android apps are in development already, we'll keep you informed about any news regarding this.
