How does the market work with trades to other players?

Hello,

I can't find how I can trade with other players via the market. Can someone help me? I don't understand how that bar works and I don't see offers.
I found it there were no offers available. That was the problem.

And yes if you can't see any offer it's because there are none.

There's a bug with the default max. delivery time. Currently this value is 6 minutes. So if that value is not adjusted when creating an offer, the default 6 minutes are used. So I think there are plenty 6min offers that were out of range and you simply can't see them.
