Rejected Headquarter assignments

Hi

I was wondering if it would be possible to move up (or down) headquarter building assignments just like in TW1.

The same could apply to the Barrack's troop building assignments.

That's a good idea, it happened a few times by now, that I canceled my second build and than put it back in queue in third place, loosing 10% of supplies

Yep, good idea.

Also, it looks like regular users have been granted the 'like' feature - so you can use that on good ideas too.
