Groups in Tribe

I just entered the tribe, refreshed the game and I was expecting to see some groups made by the founder of tribe. I was talking to him and he said he does not see mine neither. So I wonder what this text means, from Wiki:
Create coop teams within your tribe and use the same army presets and group icons so that players feel at home when playing on another account.

Groups refers to how you group the villages, such as offensive, deffensive etc..
wiki suggests that you and your co-players have to use the same group icons, in order to be easier control its other account.
