Does it mean that even if account has crowns its villages will turn into barbs?

how long will it take for inactives to turn into barbarians?
will this be appled to all old servers or new ones? will change the gameplay quite a bit i think in the old ones

It will take 14 days before going inactive.
Older accounts will be deleted in batches, to ease in the amount of inactives being deleted at once.
Currently i am not sure about what happens if you have crowns, but i will check up on that.

JUMP TO ANY VILLAGE FASTER THAN EVER
In this update we have added a hotkey which lets you jump to your currently active village while you are on the map view. Use your space bar to do this whenever you need to get back to your desired village.
Why? The "v" key already did that.
