If you send your army for support then you have only one option: To bring them back.
I want to send that army to another village for attack or support.

Would be unfair.

Imagine someone would send their troops to a village behind yours and would change the destination a minute before it would arrive at your village. You could not react on incomings anymore.

Well, a strategic movement is always useful, even in medieval ages.

An idea would be to implement a lead time between the orders given and the army reaction,
For example everytime we will make our army change target/action a messanger will have to be sent from the village and deliver the message to the army.
This will require strategy and coordination from the player, also there could be a % where the messanger will die/fall in an ambush.

That is a good point as well but i think it is far to early to consider making such a change to the game. It would also radically change the game, maybe TW3?

This is just a game, not a medieval simulator. So arguments like this is how it was done in real life cannot be applied. With given time and probably budget this suggestion will not be implemented.
