Church Vs. Chapel

I saw a picture where was a big church and in my village is just a chapel.
When will it become upgradable?

A chapel can't be upgraded. You get a chapel in only one of your villages. This chapel has the same effect as a lvl 1 church, but requires much less population than a church. A chapel can't be destroyed, and if you lose your village were your chapel stood, you will be able to build your chapel in another village.

No clue, I always considered that to probably be a bug in the original TW, so I hope it doesn't work here, but that's surely not to say it doesn't.
