Change of leadership

The founder and Leader of our Tribe has passed leadership to another player but that player has been given no power of authority to do things...like write messages in the tribes description and all the normal things the leader should have....we have tried contacting the founder but have received no response.My question is how can you transfer the power of leadership to another? or is this not possible?

To have a change of leadership the *rights* have to be given by the exiting leader. If the guy has left the game you will need to leave the tribe and create a new one. This will give you the full rights. It is always wise to choose carefully who you give *rights* to in your new tribe.
