Cannot cancel building

I accidently start building HQ lvl3 instead of warehouse lvl3 and there is no option for cancel build as there was in TW1. Is this intended or is it a bug?
Also noticed another thing visible on the attached picture

You can cancel your current building

Headquarters > scroll down to current building queue and there you can cancel it!
