The troops that you can recruit in the barracks are wrong, sometimes puts a number low and incorrect when the farm have a lot of provision and the warhouse a lot of resources.

only doing a actualization can fix this bug

It's beacuse your Level of the Barrack is to low Just update it to level 5 and there will be no problem with that.
