Does different regions have different amount of maximum players? There seem to be small regions and larger ones. What are the regions maximum amount of players?
Are all regions inside the 'core' considered full regions? what happens when players there invite friends(1.15) to join the game, will they still be put in that direction at the rim 5 regions away(50, depending on if EN server )

Can friendinvite replace inactive 50pop villages?

You can't invite players everywhere. If you see on the map, you've only on selected places the oppertunity to invite your friends. If the map is still full, you can't invite anyone.
