I had the same issue with map after update..
Are you sure you cleared your cache? Try to set "the beginning of time"

Same problem in Firefox 30.0 (cache and cookies clean with Ccleaner). But not all the icone (in barracks all is good except when I recruit :

It's not, please "hard"-clear your cache in the browser settings and use "from beginning". This is a caching issue, really.
