Since we know that every 3 crowns accelerate build time for about 10 mins.
I think there should be an option to choose how many crowns I want to use for accelerating build time of specific building.

At the moment player is forced to pay full cost of instant build.. what if I would like just to speed up queue by few mins?
Accelerating other orders in queue should be possible as well.
