Well. The text says "Please activate your e-mail address here to receive your personal beta key as soon as everything goes live.", but it means "Please activate your e-mail address here to be able to maybe receive a beta key as soon as everything goes live." As jinkazuma already said, that mail is the one everyone got after he/she pre registered.
