Hello, my sugg.:

Give the clock (server time) for example in the center part of top bar (between profile info and resources).
Do I really have to say about goal and positive aspects?

There is already a statement that the developers and game designers are thinking about where to put such display. Please use the search function before you create an idea to make sure it doesn't exist yet.
