I had 2 quests, that have been finished on their appearance without doing anything.
First there was the second village: It starts with a headquarter level 2 (I think) and the quest tells you to upgrade it to this level. The quest I finished 1 second ago was about getting the 2. village, so I got a second reward for doing nothing.
The second time was "Lazy Spies" telling me to reach level 2 for the tavern. The quest before told me to "Activate one countermeasure", which needs a tavern level 3. So again I got a reward for nothing.
This might be no real bug, but I don't think this was intended, was it?
It looks like someone made changes but forgot about the quests. Otherwise the 2 quests could have been combined into one.
