Fixed Market - Maximum travel time

The market keeps readjusting the maximum travel time for resources to be sent. If I adjust my maximum time to be 2 days it readjusts it to 5 days. Finally I just gave up on it and started accepting those trades but now even when I accept this ludicrous 5 day travel time it bumps it up again another 5 days to 10 days.
