I consider the zoom in/out of the village a bit annoying, because when i am using the map to look around i do not want to accidentaly zoom in the city. in takes a couple of seconds to zoom in and then back out. i think there should be a button or toggle for this to prevent it happen.
Also the draging on the map is off balanced since it moves very far if you drag a bit fast.
Lastly, maybe the army icons could be reworked to be smaller, or made absent on a button, or maybe even change them to little statues like on a general's map. Army groups have knight soldier, traders a wagon, spies...a spy or whatever
