Login and mail problems

What I am writing, is about the forums and not the main game. Though these issues sometimes still spur up in the game, I am talking about the forums.

1. Even after reading my new mails 5 times, the notification alert says I still got a new mail.
2. Sometimes even after the insertion of the correct username and the password, I am not able to log in.

1. By new mail do you mean that you got a wall comment and you still have a notification saying you have a new notification?
If so it's been like that since the start and i think it's a Vbulletin issue.

2. I'm not too sure about that issue. maybe it auto fills? are you sure it's the correct username & password?
