Dear warriors,
First of all, thanks for taking the time to report any issues that you have noticed in the game. This helps us to make the game better and that's of course what we all want to see!
Why is this necessary?
As you can imagine, both our QA (the internal Quality Assurance, the guys who test the game's features and any issues that come up, both before and after they have been resolved) and the Development Team rely on precise descriptions of issues. Without that, it may not be possible to identify it, or it may take much more time and communication than necessary. This is why we will establish a standardized template containing all the information necessary. In the end, everybody benefits.
Each post for reporting a bug should consist the following form:
Default bug reporting form
Title: (A brief summary of the issue)
Part of the game: (Examples: UI/overview/premium/graphics/etc)
Browser: (Examples: Firefox32.0 /Google Chrome / Internet Explorer / ...)
Operating system: (Examples: Windows, Mac)
World(s): (Example: Experior, Stratum)
Description: (Describe the issue fully and clearly)
The issue:
How it should be:
Reproduction steps: (Which steps does one need to undergo in order to expierience the issue?)
