No. Tomorrow only the beta (zz), english, and german versions will open their gates for battle. The french version's release date is not confirmed.

Game development is just a business as any other kind of business. And all proper business usually have clear business plan and deadlines. I'm pretty sure that publishing dates are known, but will InnoGames reveal them that the other question. Besides publishing dates can be moved.

They will announce them soon, but also that depends a bit, how the servers are working and so on. They won't tell you a exactly date for it right now.
