Hello

I do not know if this is intended or just a bug:

I also have more posts then it is telling me, and the counter increase when I post in this topics.
It's because it was moved i guess?

On that topic the post count doesn't work, since that option is disabled. You can post as much and won't get a higher post count.

I'm pretty sure that's the reason

But my counter does increase on that topic, let me check (when i can)

Just tested it, I was on 45, now 46 (well 47 with this post)

I guess we have to wait for CM to explain a bit here.
Maybe it's intended to work like you said, but only working half the time?
Or messed up by moving the topics (that existing posts in it were deleted from the counter?)

Posts should not be counted in there, we'll look into that shortly.

What does it matter ::D... forum is to discuss important and fun stuff, not to post (spam) as much as possible to gain high rank name ::p..
for me it feels not like a periority to fix ;-)

That is the point, If it's not ment to be counted, it's not working.
And it should not be counted as Vanguard confirmed.
In this case i would loose almost half my posts, and many others on the forum aswell.

It's not a big deal now, not so many users and posts yet, but in a week this could be a few hundred of posts difference for users like me (apparently, normaly I'm not the top poster on a forum??)

It seems that I was wrong, unfortunately the current vBulletin version doesn't allow disabling of post counters in certain areas anymore.
We'll find out if some of you are missing posts due to the topic movement. :)
