• Sergeant at Barracks level 10: Recruitment times increased by +5%

• Lieutenant at Barracks level 20: Recruitment times increased by +10%

• Captain at Barracks level 25: Recruitment times increased by +15%

I think you mean "reduced by 5%" (like it says ingame) not "increased by +5%".

These techs will increase the recruitment times by up to 15%

Again it "reduces".

Now a different thing: Without reading this, I would expect (from the ingame point of view) that the 3 researches stack on each other an reduce the time by 30%. I cannot see, why they don't stack while Training Grounds and Large Ground do (this is inconsistent). Also I would like them to do so, because the Captain removes the effects of Sergeant and Lietenant, so one can buy the 15% Captain with crowns and doesn't need to buy the other two. Noone would by one of these.
I would prefer every one of them to reduce the time by 5% (stacking). The maximum is again 15%.

I don't know whether I should write bugs like this popup or this in a new bug thread or here, so I only opened a new thread for the last one.

I hope everyone can understand what I wrote there... I'm not a native speaker and I'm already tired (even it's only 9pm)

The announcement have been fixed.

I will take back the feedback to our game designers.
As for the crown pop up, we will open a bug report and send it to our developers.
