Interesting change... But I think with this change also barb production should be increased. Because on normal servers (before balancing update) troops often, especially at the very beginning (first two months), return with small loot. We send many attacks (about 50 commands which is maximum) and even then we don't get many resources. More troops and faster march means more attacks and less resources in the barbs' warehouses.
