Entire student house banned?!?!?!

Me and my gf wake up to both of our account banned. My other 2 friends haven't woken up yet; even if we get our accounts back we will have lost out on crucial resources and buildings.
How is this sort of stupid mistake supposed to make us give a good review of a beta or advise the game and developer to others?!?!?!
