Catapelts vs Hall Of Orders

I have tried many times to bring down a level 10 hoo with 50, 70, 90 and 130 catapelts. Nothing worked. Just how many are needed?

I actually forgot all about that topic
I used 150 and 200 and it dropped 2 levels each time.
