Reported Barbs have protection!

Ik why this is because the player has restarted a realm but it should just take the protection off it. Also in the .en server you cant restart the realm straight away and have to wait 3 days but not on Sandbox?

This has been reported to our developers.
They used to be second villages from players, that didn't finish them in time and has the protection from that.
