Is it possible to play on regular game and Beta at the same time?

I am learning on the regular game but thought I would take a look at Beta. I have tried Chrome, Opera and Microsoft Edge but can't get into anything Beta. It asks if I would like to restart on world/realm.
Also is it easier to learn on regular game or Beta?

You need to register for a new account when you want to play on another market (another country), so you can't login with your beta account on other servers You can learn to play on any server, it is not necessarily easier here or there
